Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included.

  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
